Due to the redesigned AMI.com web site in 2023, the links on the AMI Flasher utility download page on the Wims BIOS site no longer work.

here is the new link to the AMI UEFI/BIOS Flash utility downloads page from the AMI.com web site:
https://www.ami.com/bios-uefi-utilities/

on that new page, users can download the firmware update utility for Aptio 4, Aptio V (5) or Amibios8 as they are now separate downloads and no longer combined or bunched/unified together AND must accept the license agreement before downloading the actual flasher programs.
