Hi

Ok, you already have the latest Bios there.

Does the OS see all 80GB or also only 32?
What OS do you have there?
If the OS also sees 32 GB, please make sure, that the 80GB drive doesn't have any 32GB clipping jumper set.

Tried the 80GB drive on it's own?

Bye

THANKS! I tried the MI4118.bin file and the BIOS now detects the full capacity of both drives. I have Windows XP OS, but when I right click on "properties" of my 80G "D" drive, the capacity is still showing as only 31.4G. What could be causing this ?

Maybe you partitioned only 32GB out of the 80GB HDD ?

That's exactly what was wrong! I partioned the hard drive again and re-formatted it and everything is fine now. My old 60G drive was 80% full and I really needed more space. My wife is the cleaning lady for a few different places and when she was emptying the trash she found this 80G hard drive in the garbage ! She didn't even know what it was but she knew I liked electronc things so she picked it up for me ! I guess someone else was having trouble with it and thought it was scrap. Thanks to all of you who helped me out on this; especially Denniss. :)
