EEPROM Programmer - corrupted file

Hi

for two days I have got an EEProm programmer. :)
It works great, but there are troubles with some unknown EPROMS.
(Which do not have any signs/chars/numbers to identify them.)

I could figure out that the images of that unknown eproms are read/created in this way:

It seems to be these eproms use non-standard pinouts.

adress pins 0, 1, 2, 3, 4....14 seems to cyled in this way:

14, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ...,12, 13

Exist programs which are able to convert those files (with byte order=0,2,4,6,8....,[middle of file],1,3,5,7,9) to "normal files" (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9....)?

Has someone c(++)-source suggestions?
