The motherboard support page for your Gigabyte board is here:
http://www.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard/Pr ... 650GXM.htm
The latest BIOS is the F7, which you seem to have, although the sign-on has a different date and says F7g. Is this board in a custom build or an OEM system such as HP, Compaq, Gateway or? There are a couple of other versions of this board as well, the GA-8S650GXM-P (Rev 1.x & 2.x) and the GA-8S650GXM-P-C (Rev 1.x & 2.x). If this board is in a branded system such as HP, etc., the BIOS updates have to come from them. If you try to flash with the Gigabyte BIOS, you risk the chance of a non-functioning board after flashing.

I believe Cicero is Future Shop's house brand. If you have the link where you went to check for updates - please post. It sure won't hurt trying to contact them for information (but may be an exercise in frustration).
