Mainboard unknow, need info please

Hello everybody
I've got an older PC and need to see if it can be updated.
I've no info on the mainboard and the only inscriptions and
number i found are:
KTS amibios ax32 130 GI 231044700ISA 00D009FD59CE
and at last 55605E13806003
there is an AMD socket A(462) and a Duron 900Mhz pocessor.
I have an XP 2000 processor from another PC that I upgraded
Can I put this CPU on the board
Can somebody help me to find the manufaturer, manual or
information about this mainboard.
Maybe it is an abbit board but I couldn't find it back

please post the bios info from this board (I suppose it starts with the 900 duron in it).

A shot in the dark: Aopen AX32 ?

But Amibios would be unusual for Aopen, maybe an OEM-version ?

Can't find Aopen Ax32, only AX33 so OEM-only board is possible, however I'm leaning more to a PC Chips board or a spin-off...
