The 440EX chipset, which only supports a single processor, two DIMM sockets, support for up to 256 megabytes of memory (2x128) Universal Serial Bus,and three PCI slots. The chipset will support 1X Accelerated Graphics Port but will run on a 66MHz system bus.The EX chipset does not support ECC ram and also no support for SCSI.
The 440 EX is based on the 440 LX and designed for use with the Celeron range of processors. It is also ACPI compliant and extends support for AGP, UDMA, USB, faster SDRAM and hardware monitoring support.

Huh, maybe they changed the spec and forgot to tell me. 
Anyhow, like they said, you'll need double-sided chips with 8 chips on each side to have a hope of them working. But make sure you can return them if they don't work.
