okay, today i just bought my new gfxcard. a gfx4 ti4600
before i had a gfx2 200mx 32mb
the problem is that i get the same fps with the new card as the old..
ive tried turning of v_sync but it doesn't help
i tried to change settings in the bios but nothing seems to help me

does anybody know what i should do?

ppl have told me to buy a new cpu.
but the weird thing is that my brother who has a p2 400 has a ati rage 128 and get better fps then me. and that comp isn't newer then mine.

Maybe you have some other driver problems
Have you updated the mainboard chipset driver to a later one ?
Tried the latest nVidia driver or the modified/tuned one from www.omegacorner.com ?
