Intel DZ68DB dead after Bios Update

Hi,
I tried to update my BIOS for an Intel DZ68DB to v0043
It went smooth until the PC did a restart.
Now nothing happens anymore.
The fans turn on but no POST beep and no picture appears.
Also the recovery mode is not working. It seems to search for the file (USB and CD) but the files are not recognized.

Now I want to flash the BIOS chip manually with an external programmer but I already get lost in finding a BIN file for my BIOS.
Extracting the image from the .bio file seems to be too complicated, at least to me.
