BIOS support for VIA Socket370 processors

Has anyone patched an Award BIOS to support VIA Socket370 processors (e. g. C3 etc)? Does it differ from adding, for example, support for Intel Tualatin?
I thought I could solve the problem the usual way - using apple_rom's BIOS patcher - but no :( It doesn't support VIA CPU's :(

I all over again wanted to add this opportunity, however these processors were not popular and demanded the big volume of a code therefore I have refused this invention...
