Looks like Chaintech 5AGM2.

Tried to look in the Award Bios-ID List here ?!?!?
C3 means Chaintech as manufacturer and your Bios-ID seem to belomg to 5AGM2 mainboard - please verify with printings onto the Board - usually between the PCI-slots - or have a look onto a small sticker on your Flashrom Bios-chip
