you need to unpack that file first with winzip or a similar utility.
get amiflash here:

you will also need to unpack that file.
Make a bootable floppy disk and copy both the .AMI file and AMIFLASH.EXE to the floppy.
Boot from the floppy and type
amiflash 5650624S.AMI
Enter
if it wants to save your current bios give that a name like original.rom
then flash the new bios.

Like traveling back in time, did anyone archive the Ajz website?
I no longer have my PCCHIPS m569 (I don’t think) but a guy is looking for the original bios for it here.

I found long ago that the bios for the m569 could be used interchangeably with the m571 but sadly the m569 bios was much more stable and supported large sdram modules.
If anyone knows where the bios is let him or me know
