Hi everyone,

I think out of all my probelms this one is the worst and i can't fix it along...

I need to know what my mother board is and wheres the bios to it.

Error Code:

All the information i know is:

Chipsticker: PhoenixBIOS Pentium IV phoenix 2001
Chipset: VIA VT8235
MotherBoardsticker: KAL33B0062 AM37-L
Socket: 462
Processor: AMD Athlon
Sound: RTL8100BL
PCI Slots: 3
AGP Slots: 1
Other1: On the motherboard theres some white letters AM37
Other2: I think it was a emachine pc but im not totally sure...

A Bios Rom Checksum error often indicates hardware failure. The most supectible candidates are RAM, CPU or motherboard.
Please test your memory sticks individually, look for bad capacitors on your motherboard, check for temperature or voltage issues with your CPU.

Do not flash a FIC Bios unless you know for sure it fits your board otherwise your board may be completely dead and may need it's Bios flashrom to be reprogrammed.
