Hello,
Please help me...trying to ID this motherboard with the following AMIBIOS string:
62-1213-0010111-071595-SiS730S-M810LR-H
I can't boot past the system config screen. And 'pause' didn't work, so I got to reboot this P.O.S. machine about seven times to make sure I had the string right.
The end result is to (hopefully) be able to clear the BIOS password that my client can't remember (and any employees who would remember don't work for him anymore).
Thanks,

Thanks...that's what I wanted to do, but without a manual or even knowledge of the manufactorer, I was up a creek.ajzchips wrote:Trying a Clear CMOS should help with the problem.
I stumbled upon the manual, followed the instructions for clearing the CMOS, and I'm happy to say I'm reinstalling the OS as I type this.
