Well a friend of mine gave me this Compaq Presario 7598 computer. It has a Pentium III 600 MHz CPU, Intel Whitney 82810E rev 3 chipset, Intel 82810E Graphics, ESS Alegro sound, and 2 SDRAM slots. There is no FCC ID, and it has a Compaq BIOS. Here is details of the BIOS that I have

If you could help me out I would very much appreciate it. No one else has been able to point me in the right direction on even getting close to who " might " have manufactured the mobo.

Not necessarily. Though it might be hard to locate the original manufacturer. Compaq has been using FIC boards lately. Gigabyte before that (though I have never found one of theirs matching a retail board). And they have commonly used Intel for the past little while.
