Need help enabling SSE / getting new BIOS in order to enable

Trying to enable SSE can't figure it out - probably need a new BIOS.

That is an ECS board but more important, you are using an AMD CPU. If that is not a Duron, Athlon XP or Sempron you have no SSE.

Only Durons with 1.0 Ghz and above have SSE (Morgan and Applebred core), all slower models not (Spitfire core).
