What motherboard and what type of graphics card do i need?

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card but have no idea what type of motherboard i have and not sure what type of graphocs card i need to buy pci, pci express, agp etc.

I ran a program AIDA32 that gives me the following info:

Expansion slots

OK so its pci express x16 for the graphics card, anyone know what the x16 is for, had a look at ebay and there is over 250 pci express cards but only a few list x16

Anyway, 16x is the maximum lanes per slot and I have not yet seen any PCIe graphics card with less or more. So that's not a problem.

What games are you planning on playing on your machine? What is your budget for the new card? What is the wattage listed on your power supply in that machine? Some cards need quite some power and not all power supplies can handle them.

Its on a works pc, 2.0 dual core 1gb ram, 300gb hd its only to play soldier of fortune 3 or cod4 which my machine will support except the card. how do i check my power supply. as its only for the work was planning on getting a used on on ebay for about £20 as there will be 6 machines we need to get them for.

ATi cards will be about the same prices, as you can see you might reach the min spec for SOF3 with 20 quid. COD4 recommended requirements are equal to the SOF3 minimum requirements.
