If it has NO other markings at all anywhere it might be a PC Chips M535 or M538. If you can make a photo and put that online somewhere or email it to me, we might know more. There are many i430VX boards out there with this configuration, that's why we need the markings.

If the board is bootable, you can also post the BIOS ID STRING for identification.
