Backup BIOS and restore to other laptop

Hi, I have a few of the same laptop make and model, the motherboards are CLEVO W760C. I updated 2 to a new BIOS version only to find that it is now causing issues with PXE boot and bitlocker on the laptop, so wanted to backup the BIOS on a working laptop that I hadn't updated and use it to restore the BIOS on the other 2.

1. Is this possible?
2. I have tried using WinPhlash in backup only mode, but it says there is an invalid input file. But I don't understand why I need a input file when I am only backing up.

Any help would be appreciated.
