BIOS HELP

hy everyone .... i have a problem with my laptop Toshiba Satellite A30 PSA33E i update my old bios to 1.7 and now i have issue i can't install any OS my PC shutdown every time i try to install ... after 50 tests i installed a wind sp2 but my pc still shut down ... my CPU is on 100% after i start mozilla so i guess my problem is the bios... ... where
i can find the 1.3 , 1.4 , 1.5 or 1.6 BIOS rom .... can anyone help me plz .... thx ..

they released 1.8 almost directly after 1.7 so obviously something is wrong in the 1.7
