Asus G712L bios password not working

hi, so i recently made a bios password on my Asus G712L laptop and everything was ok until i tried to remove it. i went to the bios -> security and there were “admin password - installed”, and “user password - installed” i pressed the admin password and typed my current password and left the “new password” and the “confirm new password” fields blank, confirmed it, and it went from “installed” to
“uninstalled”. (the “user password” was still installed, i tried to type my current password in order to make it uninstalled too but it said “invalid password”)

now when i restart non of the passwords works and it says “invalid password”.
