[HELP] BIOS Recovery

Hi everyone;

I upgarded my BIOS, and I'm facing some problems because of that (e.g. I have to turn my computer on and off 6 or 7 times until i'm able to run window)

so is there any way so that i can recover my BIOS to its original state ??

and plz tell me what i have to do in details coz i'm really new to this thing

You should have asked for advice BEFORE flashing then...

Anyway, was your system 100% stable before flashing? What board do you have? What BIOS release did you flash? Did you save a copy of your previous BIOS?

And where did you find the new bios you flashed? Is there older bios versions available there?
