chipset flash part isn't available AMIBIOS recent

hi,

I have a problem extracting a AMIBIOS from a netbook with the amiflash command.
I want to fiddle in the DSDT tables, but the OEM has no BIOS ROM i know of.
Once I use amiflash to try and extract it from the onboard chip, i get sometimes the error:
chipset flash part isn't available. The function will be invalid.
With the recent 8 version for win, the reading of the bios starts, then some beep and the pc reboots ?
Seems reading it out is protected.

Is there some way anyone knows how to get the BIOS from this machine?
I would be very greatfull!
