Have 2 of these, one boots fine from a 12gig drive, the other doesnt (will only go up to 6gig)

I suspect its a bios issue as you can install win2k on them but on rebooting it cant find ntldr.

Funny thing is that linux works perfectly :) Which would suit me but the intended recipient wouldnt be impressed!

Cant find any images at all so can someone help?

Checked whether the BIOS versions/releases are different?
