I have a HP G70-457CA and I need to flash it in DOS.
I extracted the BIOS from file sp51485.exe and found 360BF65.FD. The flasher inside was InsydeFlash.exe.
How can I flash 360BF65.FD from DOS?
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51001-51500/sp51485.exe
Thanks for any help.

Well back to whatever generic basics I have:
1) make sure the stick is formatted in FAT32 format
2) remove battery, connect ac power and USB drive plugged in. press power+esc+fn
3) some of the LEDs should light up, when the procedure is complete the laptop should reboot by itself.
Let us know if this worked.

Thanks for your reply Edwin
I've been trying the WIN-B (esc+fn has no effect) recovery for a few days but somethings just not clicking. I formated USB FAT HP_TOOLS and renamed file to .bin, B.bin, C.bin(ref in phoenixtool266) and I get black screen and no beeps but the USB drive does get accessed like its scanning between USB and HD but thats as far as it goes (constant scanning?). This was the reason I was trying to flash in DOS.
