I was merrily doing some work on my laptop last night when my CPU cooling fan started making a strange noise, after about an hour my laptop simply conked out and would not come back on, I started it up this morning and it only fires up to, I think its the BIOS and asks me to press F2 I do so and it asks me all sorts of questions which I do not alter and try to exit and start as normal but it wont let me
Ok here is exactly what happens when I try to boot up:
I get a black screen with the following on it.

Press F2 to enter set up.
