How to flash the bios for the Acer Aspire 8920g via usb

Hi,

I have an Acer Aspire 8920g laptop that want start up anymore. The power switch light up but the screen stays black. If I put an usb stick in de laptop with the program memtest86 de usb light up so it stil recognized the usb.

I tried everything with the RAM the hard drives etc...

The only thing I can try to test is to update the bios. On the website from Acer for this laptop you can find the latest bios but this has to run via Windows. How can I make it run via an USB stick because I cant get in the bios and Windows?
