appreciate if anyone can help me find the complete bios driver for hp-mini-110-3130se because the lap-top can't even start and all that i could find on hp site is only its UPDATE.

If the laptop does not start this is usually because of a hardware problem. The updates given on the HP website are complete bioses, it's just a newer version:

The only thing you need to do is unpack 2 times until you get the .fd file that is the actual bios file.
