Neither Ubuntu nor windows loading after Ubuntu installation

Hello all,
I was trying to install Ubuntu in a different different partition. After installing neither windows nor Ubuntu is loading. Kindly help. It's urgent. I was in mid of an assignment.
I have attached screenshot that I am getting after restarting Everytime.

Most likely something went wrong with the bootloader being installed in the wrong partition. There are several guides out there to show how this should have been done, but without knowing what you did exactly I fear it's start over from zero time.
