HI

I have a notebook Sansung NP-P200-FA03IT with the Phoenix BIOS 04SO and I installed two homologous modules of 2 GB of RAM (Kingston 99U5295-011.A00LF). The report is here.

I have noticed that this BIOS has the "Memory Remap" function disabled and it is not visible so that, when I install a 64-bit operating system, this system only sees 2814 MB of total memory even if the BIOS correctly reports 4096 MB of RAM installed.

So, how do I activate the "Memory Remap" function in this BIOS?

THANKS

Which 64bit operating system is that? are you 100% sure it is actually the 64bit version? the amount reported sounds very much like some 32bit version is used.
