hp probook 4320s is have password admin how unlock

i have laptop hp probook 4320s i have buy this with password in setup after this my windows is crash i need install new windows 7 my cd and usb boot is hide and if login setup locked by password administrator i have willm eeprom i backup my original bios file size 4mb and download original bios from hp support the bios size is 2.5mb i need how unlock password or original bios

Go back to the person that is selling the laptop to you and ask them for the password. And while you are there, ask them for the original receipt so you have proof of purchase when you bring this thing to the nearest HP servicecenter. We do not provide information on how to break passwords, there's too many stolen laptops around these days.

this client is a doctor but he is travel now and can't know mobile number or any thing to contact with him but now for teaching and help me how solve this problem if you know any program for decompress new bios 2.5mb to 4mb
