never want to update bios before,,
installing windows 8 last month, get stuck in blue windows logo.. . .
i think the bios is too old for that version of windows,, so want to update the bios.. .goo*ling with 'Bios ID' key, and didn't get any guideline to update, nor the bios update file

You will need to contact the laptop manufacturer for that one. This bios has been modified specifically for this laptop board, flashing one from another manufacturer most likely will brick the laptop.
