Bios Update

I have A VIA Technologies KT880-9237. Currently I have Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG, 01/10/2004 bios installed.

I have been looking everywhere for an updated bios version.

Is there and update or has my looking been a waste of time?

You have an Award/Phoenix bios I think.
