because of many crashes of the system i think a new bios will make it better.
i've looked at http://www.ncr.com/support/support_driv ... brary_3232 for a bios-update for my Globalyst 510. but there was only one for the G515. is that compatibel to the G500?

you have the 3228 board, so: no.
