Hi guys!
I just updated the BIOS of my Shuttle SS51G with some new microcode updates from another BIOS.
I used cbrom to extract the cpucode.bin und then used ctmc to split it into the 2kb microcode files. Then I copied the newer microcode files with "copy /b *.bin cpucode.bin" back to the cpucode.bin and used cbrom to replace the original microcodes within the BIOS.
Is there anything else I have to care about, or can I just flashed my updated BIOS? I'm a little scared to srew something up on system...
