PSKBM1 v1.5?

Nothing to id this board. Its a socket 7 with a via vt82c686a chipset. Onboard video = via pc100. sound = soundpro, 2 usb, and ps2 ports. 2 dimms only and only 1 ide. A sticker says 00D009F2B841.
I cant see any voltage jumpers or multipliers so am reluctant to put in a cpu to test. Can anyone help please.
The pskbm1 v1.5 is by the ps2 ports. Im thinking pc chips here 8O

Did you guys every figure anthing out about this one? I need a BIOS update that will support more that 64 megs of Ram
