my compaq presario keyboard not working

Don't ask how to hack password. (BIOS Passwords)

i have this laptop 1400 series,the problem that couple of the buttons is not working anymore,like del,pgdn,pgup.and others,so any one have idea to solve it?or the keyboard is dead?
