Insyde bios recovery?

Hi, i flashed my Quanta TW8 ver. Q3G91 bios with a ver. F.14 bios by mistake(stupid flasher run without a platform.ini and flashed it without confirmation).
Now my laptop is not opening, not even responding to power button. I tried FN + ESC and WIN + B recovery methods but, same results, no fan spinning, no flash memory access, no led lights except battery. I tried these file names for bios file

I'm not sure about file name and even the file name is wrong, shouldn't it search for the file ?

Where did that F14 bios come from and what laptop was it for in the first place? If that F14 bios is for a laptop with a completely different chipset, it's desolder, external programmer, resolder time...
