I have a Samsung notebook with a broken screen. The bios is not displayed on the external screen (i have tried magnet, key combinations,...) I know there is a program from HP to modify settings of their bios in your os and apply them automatically on startup. Is there a way to do the same for the Samsung bios. OR/AND can we fix the bios to display the boot up (bios) on an external screen?
Fastest solution (if possible):
decompile the bios update utility for Windows, set forced standard options in the to be updated bios, and start this update from windows... ?
The bios update utility for Samsung is an exe and found at http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/NP-X520-JB01UK.
