Yes, you can flash an Award BIOS onto the board, although it may complain that the BIOS ID is not what is expected and ask you to confirm. They are not the only manufacturer to switch; PC-Partner did this as well.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

Please CHECK FIRST whether your Board is PnP or Standard mainboard .
PnP means all CPU settings in Bios and Standard configuration via DIP-switches or jumpers
