Hi

If this is stupid I apologise!
I have a Toshiba Satellite PRO R50-B-12P with a BIOS dating back to 2014! I have found an updated BIOS on the Dynabook website but can't work out how to install it. So can anybody help me get this right in simple steps? There is no system disk or anything else with the computer.
