one question, i have an old motherboard with an amd 468/100.
the motherboard is from biosstar named MB-8433/40.
on the official page is the note that i cant find there any bios updates for 468 pc`s. can anyone help me? need to flash the bios my harddisk etc. wont work correctly.
have anyone an idea where i can get a bios file for flashing it'?

I know of a 8433UUD but this board normally has a EPROM installed - not flashable .
This board should support up to 4GB or up to 8GB - anything higher supported with drive overlay software or with an Add-On UDMA Controller card(if you have PCI-Slots) .

IIRC the 14xx series is VESA, the 84xx series is PCI so an add-in controller is most likely the best option here.

I have an 8433UUD, with a flash BIOS. I think the flash/EEPROM was a mfg. option. Let me know if you want a copy, I think it's Award 4.50PG.Denniss wrote:Please post your full Bios-ID !
