I want to upgrade my bios , as my bios accept upto 10 Gb and it is AMI bios Please help me how i can upgrade my bios .

I suspect this may be a PcChips M715 board, although the BIOS date seems too old. Check the image at the following link to see if this looks like your board:

Thanks for steering aggiy2k to the correct link Denniss. I knew it was a Via chipset but didn't pay attention to the image of the M715. Oh well, all's well that ends well........Denniss wrote:M715 is impossible as your Board uses a VIA Chipset .

Either will be alright, though alot of people would tell you to use other boot disks to be sure. I have never had a problem with a Windows 98SE boot disk while flashing a BIOS.

I have boot from floppy and run amiflash.com and awdflash.exe both of these program . It gives error " system BIOS does not have flash support " . i cannot upgrade my bios ? .
