My current system configuration is pretty crappy by today's standards, but what can ya do. I have Asus P2B MoBo with a Celeron 533. This bites. I just recieved a P3 I'd like to use - but no matter what I do - I can't get it to work. Is it an unusable combination? If so - which part do I have to replace?

Asus P2B Rev1.10 Bios 1014R3 Slot 1 (I'm not sure the max FSB - 4 jumpers go up to 133 - research so far led me to believe that means its capable of handling 133MHz FSB)
Asus S370-L Slotket
Intel Pentium III 866MHz 133FSB 256KB L2 (CuMine, FCPGA)
2 x 128MB PC133 SDRAM
1 x 256MB PC100 SDRAM (if this cant take 133, should I back off the FSB, or not use this?)
3DFuzion GeForce MX4000 128MB AGP4x (think its running at 2x..)

So far, I've flashed the bios, tried the FSB at both 133 settings, 100, and 66Mhz. I don't know what else to try? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Could it be I just recieved a bum processor? It didnt work on the same config in an Asus P2Z Rev1.12 Bios1013 either...

.. clear CMOS with new cpu?
.. Slotket can't handle 133?
.. volt-mod slotket?
