I need a Fixed BIOS for ECS U40SI1 Notebook, Please...

So I am a kind of lost here,, and for a moment thinking about selling this for parts....

beside all this, as the primary LCD is broken, when booting up it is completely blind.
I can get image on the VGA output at the welcome screen (1024x768).
imagine how was re installing widows from scratch....

I think a patched bios that kills the lcd and direct all the output to the D-sub vga will solve this, won´t it?

It wouldn't since it will have the same updated SiS vbios and will still not allow you to run at more than svga resolution because windows is limiting you, not the bios.
