I'm new to the forum and hope I can learn and find a solution to an issue in my laptop.
Here is the spics:

BIOS Version/Date: Dell Inc. A14, 5/17/2018
SMBIOS Version 2.7
BIOS Mode: Legacy
Secure Boot State: Unsupported
Installed Physical Memory: 8.00 GB

This is the problem, the laptop works fairly good with the video card disabled, and if I re-enabled it it takes less than 30 second and it freezes and must be restarted.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling different drivers old and new and all failed. This the card info as it appears in computer information:

When using GPU-Z neither the bios version nor the memory size appears, they are left blanks.
Would appreciate any help to know if this the GPU or the Motherboard problem and if it can be solved.
